Finish your outline and brainstorming for the topic you have chosen to write about. Try to do some research about the topic as well, as I would like you to include at least 2 citations in your 5 paragraph essay.

• We have written several different thesis statements in class, I would like you to choose two of those thesis statements and write an introductory paragraph for them. I would recommend you do the ones you have done an outline for, but the choice is up to you. Once you have done your introductory paragraphs, share them with me.

Brainstorming

HOMEWORK: 
Finish brainstorming for the two topics you have chosen. We'll be working with them in class tomorrow. 

Forgotten

Hmm ... this past week it seems I have forgotten to place your homework in my blog. Did I give you homework all week?!?! IF not that may have to be fixed this week ... then again you guys have been doing pretty good so you need the time off. 😉

I do know that this weekend you should have finished your essay, did you share it with me?

Do worksheet where you have to identify the main ideas, STOP where it says stop.

• how to apply to a school in a foreign country
• how to make new friends in a foreign country
• or something else you can think of
